Like in Logic Pro or Ableton; i'd like to draw in manual volume curves and bend the straight line into a curve which the curve amount can be changed by holding the Command or CTRL button whilst clicking, essientially bending it like an eleastic band into a curve.

Are there any plans to implement a template approach for Radio Shows powered by <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-indigo-500 dark:text-indigo-300 cursor-pointer" href="http://DJ.Studio">DJ.Studio</a>? Usually, I use an intro or outro or both that doesn't change often and it would be nice to have a template in place with a fixed intro/ outro that doesn't influence auto mix and that stick to the original BPM without having <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-indigo-500 dark:text-indigo-300 cursor-pointer" href="http://DJ.Studio">DJ.Studio</a> started a BPM transition to the next song. Currently, I set the BPM of the intro and outro track to the BPM of the mix which has the same effect but it's a bit inconvenient. So, instead of creating a new mix and spending some time adding the Radio brand to the mix, simply kicking off a template mix and concentrating on the music would be more convenient.Kind regards Thomas

Since the v2.5.3 update when importing tracks from Rekordbox the cue points go completely out of whack (my memory cues and hot cues are exactly the same).

Seems to also result in the beatmatching being completely out of sync.

Currently, in the playlist interface of <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-indigo-500 dark:text-indigo-300 cursor-pointer" href="http://DJ.Studio">DJ.Studio</a>, only tracks that do not harmonically match with their transitions are marked with a cross. Hovering over this cross displays a 'Solve' option, which when selected, prompts to suggest alternative tracks from all connected sources that would harmonically match better.This is a fantastic feature for sure!Requested Feature:I would like to propose an expansion of this functionality to apply to all the tracks in the list, not just those with harmonic mismatches. Even when tracks do harmonically match, it would be incredibly useful to still see other possible matching options (across all your tracks!) and replace them.This would provide DJs with more creative flexibility and enhance mixing possibilities by easily presenting alternative tracks that could also be harmonically compatible.Smart ExpandAnd you could easily take this even one step further and add a 'Smart Expand' feature. This would introduce a button under the last track in the playlist. This button would automatically suggest a list of new (matching) tracks to add, based the last track and on the best matching selection from the user's own collection.This process can be repeated to build a playlist one track at a time, allowing DJs to discover and integrate the best hidden gems from their music library effectively.These features would undoubtedly make <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-indigo-500 dark:text-indigo-300 cursor-pointer" href="http://DJ.Studio">DJ.Studio</a> even more helpful for choosing the best possible track for the transition.Thank you for considering these "Smart" enhancements.

This would allow for more tactile, fine, predictable, and programmable control of the software than mouse/keyboard alone.The more clickable assets you have on screen or the more <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-indigo-500 dark:text-indigo-300 cursor-pointer" href="http://DJ.Studio">DJ.Studio</a> is positioned as the "Ultimate DAW for DJs", the more that people will expect it to support things that DAWs support.

Sorry if this was posted before - but I would like to set max / min or average duration per song - for my mixes, I prefer a 1.5-3 minute length for songs. Averaging about 2 mins per song. A hard limit is likely unrealistic - but being able to say play at least 90 seconds of each song but no more than 180 seconds of each song would be game changing. (including or excluding transitions)

Most of my crates are intelligent playlists. The content (music/video) does not load for these playlist types rendering the rekordbox integration for this software basically useless. Any plans to fix this issue?

Would be great to be able to export the mix with cue points straight to Engine DJ for use with Engine OS devices.Engine OS also supports SoundCloud which I enjoy for finding new music and creating playlists. Is it possible to clone the 3-band waveform and use it as a option in DJ-studio? Im using DJ studio for some days now. I wonder if there is a way to export the whole mix, in separeted files for each song, but keeping the song we edited as we edited them.For now we can export in separated file in 2 different outcomes : 1) each track are exported separately and exactly how we edited them, BUT with the transition included. 2) tracks are exported separately as original song without any edits nor transitionIt would be nice to be able to export the whole mix, separated tracks, but with each tracks how we edited them, without the transition.When im preping a set, i first do it all on dj studio, to make it smooth i have to edit some song to erase some sections etc... but then when i want to play it live i want to be able to have those edited tracks ready, and doing the transition myself.

Two Types

You don't always edit a mix in one session. It would be helpful to automatically save the last timeline/mix position when closing so that you can continue editing here the next time. A corresponding "Save last position" switch to deactivate this would be very helpful in the settings. :-)

Just like Spotify playlists or 1001Tracklists, is it possible to also connect to my SoundCloud playlists? Of course, I can take the extra hop of migrating them to Spotify and go from there. But are you planning SoundCloud integration in your product roadmap?

Hi, I've just bought a pro account. Every automix session I have created has had 70% bad/ out of sync beat matching. 

I work mainly in the breakbeat/ jungle/ dnb space and the breakbeat matching is shocking.

I would have felt that this is and should be the foundation of the software? My sessions are being fed from my Rekordbox which has all the necessary tempo and grid information. Can you tell me if this problem will be addressed?

Loopcloud is a VSTi. so it integrates with compatible hosts like Ableton.
it is an (online) sample manager. great things can be achieved with it.
integration with DJ.Studio would be great. to get samples streamlined into it.

i understand that a DJ setup usually does not involve VSTs as a VST is more for the finer sculpting of sound and not so much as an effect rack.

Currently we can select songs and hit automix if we want.But what would be really groundbreaking for DJ set prepping is if we could for example:<ol><li>Select a rekordbox playlist (with lets say 300 tracks)</li><li>Set desired set time (lets say 1hr)</li><li>Set desired max playtime per track (lets say 1.5mins)</li></ol>Resulting in DJ Studio AI making a selection of approx 40 tracks from that playlist that sound good together and each with a transition within 1.5mins so we get to a 1hr set.Since automix does millions of possible mixes this removes the limitation of the tracks we put in manually and saves us DJs a lot of time to prep sets.Thanks,David

For example Gain, Low, etc., sometimes it is pretty hard to change something to a value we want. Especially Gain in the Studio/Track tab, I can only choose 1.1db as the start value.

Dear Team,

I recently read on the forum that upgrades are planned for the BPM analysis module in DJ Studio. During this upgrade process, I wanted to suggest including an "enhanced beat tracker" feature. I primarily mix tracks from the 1970s, where the analog nature of the music often results in inconsistent tempos - it's common to have beat offsets up to 1/16th note from one measure to the next over the course of a whole track. As a result, when it comes time to transition such a track into the next, they are completely out of sync and the mix becomes a mess. 

Manually adjusting the tempo can fix this, but it is extremely time consuming. Therefore, I think it would be hugely beneficial if DJ Studio could automatically add tempo markers every 4 beats, resynchronizing to the music flow to keep the track aligned. This would allow the DJ to only make a few local tweaks to adjust any misaligned beats introduced by the algorithm.  

In the meantime, thank you for creating this wonderful software. I had been hoping it to replace the now outdated Mix Meister.

Since there are just 4 presets, it might be nice to copy and paste transitions. I have some quite intricate transitions that would be good to reuse. functionality = Right click on transition and have a context menu showing copy and if there's a copied transition in the clipboard, also show paste.

just installed the app since I´m working in a MacBook Pro M2. can't access to some of my crates and folders in Serato and iTunes.  I have my music in iTunes and access them through Serato ( where I create my mixes, cue points,...) and DJAY Pro AI. iTunes works like my database for this 2 djing softwares.
In iTunes all the folders appear but some are empty. those who show mp3 files I can't access them. In Serato, some crates and sub crates don't show up and some are empty.

Is it possible to NOT snap a song to grid - and putting it wherever you want. I find that some songs dont start at once and with mixmeister I could just move the track to wherever i wanted it to, and not just snap it to the grid.

I thought surely this was a function that would already be there and maybe it is and I can't figure it out, but how do you place markers?
As an example: If I have a long track and want to cut out a guitar solo region, or some parts of the song, how do I mark the start point so when I find the finish I can highlight back to the marker for deletion. So many reasons you need to be able to place markers whilst editing or it's just attempting to count bars and guess work, with trial &amp; error.

It could be nice if we could save a transition between two songs as a preset for those two particular songs, so if you use the same two songs in a different mix in the future, the same transition could be quickly applied. This would include effects, EQs, loops, start, end points, etc. You could perhaps have 4 different presets saved for those two songs, just like how you can currently save 4 custom transitions. The thought came to me from how Automix Editor in VDJ works, but seems like you could take it to a way higher level in a DAW.

Save song specific transitions as presets so that it could be easily reused the next time are transitioning between those two songs in a future mix.

Can you make it so the echo continues after song ends. It seems to stop once song ends. It would be nice for it to be post and not pre. I use the echo at the end of some tracks but sounds choppy because it just stops and doesn't move forward.
