I’d like to add a +1 to the latter part of this request, but also take it a step further: I’d like DJ Studio to be able to suggest tracks that I don’t currently have that would fit well into the mix that I’m making, i.e. show me tracks that I may not have ever heard, or had not considered that might fit well into the soundscape I’m trying to create. It could even be a good secondary revenue stream for you guys if, e.g., you partner with Beatport and get a cut of song sales that you suggest and the user downloads…but if you do this, I suggest that you have two columns in the suggestion category, one for songs we already own, and another for songs that we could get.

Maybe this could be an “interactive” mode of playlist generation: start with an anchor song that the user selects and has the soundscape they want, then you can suggest songs that fit that mood and would transition well into that song, showing ones I own and ones I could get. Additionally, you could do the same for songs that the anchor could transition into, showing ones I own and ones I could get. I love the full AI generation of songs, but sometimes I want to have a more hands-on approach to generating a playlist because I have more time to do so.

Hopefully this makes sense, but I’d be happy to clarify the request if you’d like.

I asked a similar feature on Dj Studio’s YT channel:

would love to see option where the user sets a folder path with all tracks selected for a a mix so when tracks don't match that the algorithm replaces those mismatches with other suitable. Another alternative could be that when creating a mix you set a base folder which holds your tracks but instead of adding them manually you just set a mix length and then the AI does the harmonizing magic.

based on track's at the playhead, or from all tracks in current mix... use tags to suggest tracks to put next on the timeline, and a way of auditioning them first.

Rekordbox, and Flow both do this excellently
