I'd love a feature where, when adding a track to the automix, it chooses a similar song based on danceability, energy, key, and BPM. The similar song could come from YouTube, Chosic or other sources like my media library.

Still I think is valuable to have some type of music recommendation feature where you select 1 track and in another child grid the software displays a list of songs from your local library that go well with the current track (maybe you can make it optional where the software searcher for recommendations e.g. iTunes, Beatport, Beatsource, Local Files). Rekordbox7 just release something like this called Collection Radar. DJ Studio offers a lot of help once you have selected a group of tracks to help you mix them in the best possible sequence, but I think it can also offer an alternate workflow where it help you create the group of tracks one track at a time given a seed track.

Your right. We will come up with a new solver soon. One that uses ALL your libraries in one.

I imagine that you will have to probably pre-analyze all the music from these music sources in order to provide such a recommendation system.

I recently saw in the release notes for version 2.6.80 that a Solver was released. Is this the new solver? I tried to use it but for the button to appear you have to have at least two songs and they should not be compatible. I which to select one song and then use the solver to find the next best match.

I find a way around this is to duplicate the mix (just in case i make errors), lock the tracks up to the point i wish to add another track, then upload a bunch of tracks that i'm considering and then do another auto-mix again to let the software select the next suitable track(s) for me.
I also make a general note of which keys that tracks go with which ie, we have the ability to pitch to a suitable key on any track to possibly suit the mix (noting there's 4 extra to choose from for each track), + naturally ability to change track only bpm
