Unified Effects Capabilities for Samples and Transitions

Feature Request

As a user, I want the same effects capabilities available for samples to also be available for transitions so that I can create seamless, cohesive mixes without switching tools or adjusting settings between different parts of my set.

    +1 to this feature request. Let me add some specific examples that highlight why this unified approach is so important:

    Echo Effects (but any effect) Inconsistency: The current split between mid-song and transition effects creates unnecessary friction:

    • Mid-song echo effect offers precise parameter control

    • Transition window echo is more limited

    • This forces us to work around the limitations during the most critical part of our mix - the transition itself

    EQ Workflow Disruption: The current separation of EQ controls is particularly problematic:

    1. We start by carefully automating EQs leading up to a transition

    2. Have to switch contexts completely when we hit the transition window

    3. Need to readjust EQ like they are separate things

    4. Often requires multiple back-and-forth adjustments to get things right

    Having unified effects+transition would streamline the entire mixing process and allow us to focus on the music rather than managing different tool behaviors across contexts.

    I assume there is a lot under the hood that goes against this paradigm but it would be great if UX felt like this instead.
