Replace a song from a Project for another version of the same

i started a project, after a few hours im seeing everything is going well, but i forget to use Platinum notes on my tracks and also i edited the name as i usually have my tracks with mixed in key, is possible to replace them? same track, analyzed with platinum notes and different name in a project with lots of edits in every track
