Réarrange the top bar panel buttons

It must be trivial but I think it will give a better experience and a streamlined functionality if we can rearrange the order of the panels in the top bar. Right now we can find them like this : Carousel>Playlist>Library>Studio. I think it’ll be better to find them in this order : Library>Playlist>Carousel>Studio since it’s likely in this order that we all work (Me, Myself and I are working on your fabulous app in this order). Thanx for reading and agreeing with me and excuse my french ;)
