Profile Images - Publish dimension requirements!

Can you publish the max image dimensions for the profile images please, or at least add the ability to resize images without constraining proportions.

Been faffing around trying to get a high-res image uploaded but they are always too large and since the zoom slider is already at the minimum value I cannot make the image smaller to fit the available space. Making the image smaller, to fit, and then zooming in is also a guessing game as the image proportions are not known. I searched the help site to see if the info was published there but it doesn't seem to be. Even if the info is not in the app, displaying it on the help section of the website would be useful.
