Prepare tracks in dedicated tab

Is there an option on the horizon in which tracks edits are performed in a dedicated track view? At the moment editing tracks can sometimes be quite cumbersome, like changing beatgrid, but also cutting. I assume the procedure is to drag tracks from the transition viewer, to see whole tracks. This would save a lot of time.
