Pick mp3tag fields for playlist export

Would be great that playlist export to txt and csv with more customization. For example very often it’s good to have record label included (for example in square brackets) after the name of the song. Greatest way of the customization would be quick wizard or something similar to what mp3 tagging software has when they rename the files. I include example from tagging software I am using. For now only Artist - Track Name is exported.
