Mix gaps

It would be helpful to have an ability to have mix gaps, i.e. areas where nothing is playing in deck 1 and deck 2, while the timeline continues to run. This would allow for imaging to be added in the sample tracks in the middle of the mix, or just for silent periods that are then filled in with other materials (such as station IDs) in post
