Extend loop in effect to start of transition

When using loop out and the end of a track, the loop will extend for as long as the transition goes. However, when using loop in, the loop only extends to the start of the track. If I want to loop in the first bar of a track, this feature essentially becomes useless, and this behavior is counterintuitive.

I found one post from 8 months ago that was closed without explanation, but this feature is crucial to mixing in tracks that have short intros. Please fix this!
