Edits lost when exporting DJ set

With "Include Audio" selected, DJ Studio does not retain track edits when exporting DJ set. This means the M3U8 and rendered files cannot be used to perform the DJ Studio mix because the tracks could be completely different. The set opens fine, it's just when it's played it will only play the original files imported into DJ Studio ignoring all of the edits made.

If you make no edits to your songs (i.e. rearranging sections and cutting parts of a song out), then you would never notice this. However, one of the main reasons I'm using DJ Studio is for the track editing capabilities. So this is a pretty significant problem for me. Here are some suboptimal workaround solutions that need improved upon:

  1. "Export to local file" will somewhat work when choosing "Split mix into separate files" the problem here is the transitions. When you're performing you don't want the DJ Studio transitions in the files you're playing live because at that point you might as well play the mix and not do anything live.

  2. "Export to Ableton Live" then adjust the bpm automation so that each song has their consistent bpm (no bpm variation under any files). Consolidate all edits for each separate song individually. Take the consolidated files out of the Ableton project folder, rename. All transitions and volume automation do not influence the consolidated file.

Option 2 is a sufficient but time consuming workaround. The point is exporting a DJ set with a song that has DJ Studio edits is currently not going to give you files that will sound like what you're playing in DJ Studio.

Changing how the "Export to Ableton Live" works in DJ Studio would not be a good solution. Having the consolidation performed in the export from DJ Studio would mean the edits in DJ Studio would be destructive (losing the end/beginning) of a song.

I see the best solution to this bug as being able to render the edited songs without their transitions (with their consistent bpm) when exporting a DJ set. This allows for DJs to change the order of songs when they're performing, not being locked into the order chosen in DJ Studio, like the "Export to local file" option would leave you with. Having the edited songs rendered individually also allows for DJs to make their own live transitions as this would not be possible with the "Export to local file" with "Split mix into separate files" option as the transitions and bpm changes are baked into the rendered audio.
