BUG KEY DETECTION between MIK vs DJ Studio MIK PLUGIN

Hello,

I just realized by chance that the key provided by the "Mixed In Key Standard" analysis of music tracks is not the same as what DJ Studio shows with the Mixed In Key plugin. This is not the case for all songs, but it applies in certain instances. I've attached a screenshot with two examples.

Why is there this difference? Which application provides the correct key? Can you please address the issue?

    I’ve seen discrepancies between MIK Live and the DJ.Studio internal MIK detection as well.

    We have no control over the internals of the mIK module vs the MIK app. I send the question to MIK and hope to answer this soon.

      So should we nix the plugin and just use our MIK stand-alone? Does DJS pick up the key in the metadata MIK.app left? If one has MIK.app do we really need to use the plugin? I hear what Yakov is saying but I’ve tested the 40+ or so LOSSLESS tracks that I’ve seen have this issue and the interesting thing is that Rekordbox and MIK.app match. I’m not making a stink just an observation that may be helpful.
