Beats do not line up

I am demoing your software, and have yet to see it correctly line up the beats on any of the songs I've used. Even with sliding the prioritize BPM slid all the way left. Mix Meister may be outdated visually and no longer updating, but it almost never gets this wrong. I am not interested in buying unless this is addressed. Your marketing/social media posts show soooo much promise. But none of the other features matter if you can't get the beat matching thing down. Please tell me you're on top of this??

    Hi,
let's figure out why the beatmatching isn't working like it should. Could you share your mix with us? So we can see why this is not working in your case?

You can export a backup of your mix via Export > Backup.
Share the created .DJS file with us via a google drive link, wetransfer, or Dropbox link. If you use Google drive, don't forget to give View access.

That way, our developers can figure out what is going on.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your mix.
I am sorry, I am not familiar with this music genre, so it's difficult for me to know if the first track is really 158 BPM. I tried to find the tracks on beatport to check it, but I couldn't find them ;-(
We checked out the beatgrid and by looking at the waveform, the beatgrid seems to be correct. Do you see the same?
We also listened to the transitions and they don't sound to be off beat. We enable the metronome ( on the right side of the middle bar) and it sounded correct.

you wrote "Even with sliding the prioritize BPM slid all the way left."
=> I assume that you are referring to the setting in the automix screen that orders your full playlist in the best order. I see you have only 3 songs and they have pretty large BPM differences. That will mean that during the transition the first track will speed up to adjust to the BPM of the next track.
Is that what you are referring at?

Can you give us some more info if I have misunderstood your problem?

btw: The BPM slider is for the ordering of the tracks and not for the beat grid. For the beatgrid, we have a few options. Sometimes AI is a much better solution if it is not electronic four to the floor music.

You can also double or half the tempo if needed. We have a setting for the beat range. Make sure that one is correct in the settings as well:

Download the AI and Stems Extension and then try it, thats what i had to do, I have been unsuccessful at getting any assistance through their messaging service

Hello Iam demoing your product and having an issue with the files that i export working the way i set them in the program. The only folder i found that had the files that i renamed and edited was a forlder called Export inside the DJ Studio folder, is this the correct folder for locating music files that ive edited in the software?
