About the starting point of the envelope in a transition

When changing the length of a transition, the starting position of the envelope of each stem would change with the length. I think this is a good specification for Swap and Crossfade, but for None, I would like the envelope to keep its position.

Also, I would like to be able to write the envelope line freely, just like the sample I put on Samle lane.
