60 Hz video output and custom milk/shader files

Please add support for 60 Hz video export, or even higher. I've played with milkdrop and shaders for a long time, and I can say that the jump in responsiveness from 30 Hz to 60 Hz is very noticeable. May not be so noticable going higher than 60, but you should support at least that. Also would be great to be able to add my own milkdrop files and shaders for the visualizers.
